npsGraph is a SaaS platform providing hotel owners with insights on pricing and ratings, including competitor comparisons based on location and hotel level. The service is available at three subscription levels:
- Daily Updates
- Bi-weekly Updates
- Weekly Updates
2. Free Trial
New users are entitled to a 7-day free trial. During the trial, no payment information is required. To continue using the service after the trial period, you must enter a valid credit card.
3. Payment and Billing
a. Subscription
- After the 7-day trial, you will be charged based on the subscription level you select (daily, bi-weekly, or weekly data updates).
- Payment is due in advance and will be automatically billed via the credit card on file.
b. Payment Processing
- All payments are handled by Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize Stripe to process the payments.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
a. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent any future billing, but you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.
b. Refunds
We do not offer refunds for unused time in a billing cycle. All payments are final once processed.
5. User Responsibilities
As a user of npsGraph, you agree:
- Not to misuse or abuse the service.
- To maintain the security of your login credentials and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
- To use the service in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide accurate and reliable data, we make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the insights provided. npsGraph is not responsible for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from the use or inability to use the service./p>
7. Changes to the Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. Any changes to the terms will be posted here, and continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec, Canada. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Montreal, Quebec.
